Breitling for Bentley is out with a new model: The Breitling For Bentley B06 S. The S stands for ‘smaller’ as this model is tasteful 44mm versus the 49mm B06, which was released in 2013.
The watch is available with a stainless steel case or an 18kt red gold case. It has an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a rotating pinion bezel with a variable tachymeter. The watch is water resistant to 100 meters.
The movement is the Swiss made Breitling caliber B06. The automatic movement has 47 jewels, a power reserve of 70 hours and beats at 28,800 vph. Breitling has had the movement COSC certified as a chronometer chronograph.
Boasting similar functions to its big brother, the B06 S includes an 1/8th of a second chronograph, 30-second, 15-minute and 6-hour totalizers. This Manufacture caliber boasts an ingenious “30-second chronograph” system inspired by a 1926 Breitling patent. It involves a central hand sweeping around the dial in half a minute ensuring extremely precise 1/8th of a second readings.
As shown in the gallery below, the watch is available with two dials: Royal Ebony and Silver Storm. It is available on a bracelet, a Barenia leather strap, rubber strap, or a crocodile strap.
